By accessing or using InstaPokerPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstaPokerPro is a poker training and education platform. The Service provides interactive poker hand scenarios for learning purposes only. InstaPokerPro is not a gambling platform and does not involve real money wagering, real poker games, or any form of gambling.

3. Accounts and Registration

• You may use the free tier without creating an account.
• To access Pro features, you must create an account and subscribe via Stripe.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• The Pro subscription is billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@instapokerpro.com for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on InstaPokerPro — including hand scenarios, analysis text, graphics, and software — is owned by InstaPokerPro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. InstaPokerPro is a training tool and does not guarantee that using the Service will improve your poker results. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any poker strategy or analysis provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaPokerPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or use, arising from your access to or use of the Service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If we terminate your account without cause, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused subscription time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
